Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform.

Digital Services Policy

SmartTrade provides immediate access to digital content (Data, Signals, Analytics). Due to the nature of digital goods, which are consumed instantly upon login, all sales are final and non-refundable.

1. Cancellations

As an automated digital service, "Cancellation" of an order is not applicable once the payment is processed and the account is activated. You may choose not to renew your subscription for the subsequent year.

2. Exceptional Cases

Reflecting the spirit of our original policy regarding defective service[cite: 78], refunds may be considered only in the following technical failure scenarios:

  • If a double payment was made for the same invoice.
  • If the user paid the subscription fee but access to the Platform was not granted within 48 hours due to a technical error on our end.

In case of any refunds approved by Jeetendra Navaji Shedge, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you[cite: 85].

3. Reporting Issues

In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of activating the subscription[cite: 82]. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision[cite: 83].
